If I buy the Maintenance plan and realize I want more of your time, can I upgrade to one of the Pocket Designer plans?
Yes, you may upgrade to either of the Pocket Designer plans the following month. Together we will assess which subscription plan is bested suited for your business. Your next invoice will then reflect the fee for the upgraded plan and we will start fresh with a new set of hours.
If I buy the Pocket Designer plan and don't use all the hours, can I downgrade the next month?
Yes, you may downgrade to either the Maintenance Plan or the Pocket Designer plan lite the following month. Your next invoice will then reflect the fee for the downgraded plan and we will start fresh with a new set of hours.
If I don't use all the hours, can I move them to the next month?
Unfortunately, you cannot carry your hours over as the items listed for each plan are designed to use up the allotted time frame.
I want to purchase Pocket Design Pro, can I get two items from List B in one month and nothing the second month?
Typically, we recommend one item per month but we can make exceptions and find a way to customize your plan if needed.
Do revisions count towards my hours?
The number of hours in each plan will be used for design time and revision time. We plan for 3-5 sets of revisions to ensure your project is perfect. If you require more revisions, we can continue the project on the current hourly rate.
Can I buy the three month plan but use one month per quarter?
When you purchase one of our subscription plans, you are committing to 3 or 6 consecutive months of service.
I am just starting my business, should I start here or do I need to buy the full branding project first?
If you do not have a logo or any branding, we highly recommend that you begin by purchasing one of our brand packages first. This ensures that we have a base of logos, fonts and colours to work off of when creating your other brand materials. For brand package inquires, please contact us here.
Are these plans just for existing clients or can I bring my collateral that was built by another designer?
If your materials were designed by a previous designer, we recommend that we do an assessment of your design files and materials prior to committing to a monthly plan. Once we’re able to gain clarity on the state of the files, we can make a recommendation for the best plan suited for your business. Please note, the Maintenance plan is only available to clients who have completed their branding with Lianne Charlene Creative.
