LCC 2022 Local Gift Guide
If you're like us, you've probably started searching high and low for the perfect gift to give everyone on your list. Every holiday season, we love to show our support for some of our favourite local small businesses. LCC is passionate about supporting small businesses and the people who build them. Here’s another Gift Guide to help you shop for that special someone.
1.For Her
Prairie Soap Shack creates wildcrafted, handmade soaps inspired by nature. We recently worked with them to design their Soap Sample Box which would make a beautiful gift for all the ladies on your shopping list. However, any of their all-natural products will provide a luxurious self-care at-home experience.
2.For the Foodie
If you're looking for a gift for the foodie lover (or maybe, you are a foodie yourself) Annie Rue makes artisan handmade ice cream, and each scoop is made with love. We had the pleasure of working with Annie Rue on their branding and interior brand experience. Annie Rue is offering an ice cream pint subscription and what could be a better gift than a pint of ice cream being delivered right to your door each month?
3.For the Sweet Tooth
This year Salted launched its biggest holiday collection to date and we loved helping them design the luxury packaging for this collection. Our personal favorite is the Naughty or Nice caramel collection with cheeky sayings for each caramel. The holiday mix and caramel pouches also make excellent stocking stuffers.
4.For the Fashionista
If you're looking for a gift for the woman in your life that loves fashion, you should check out Miller the Label. Miller's mission is to make real clothes for real women so that everyone can look and feel their best. We love Miller's capsule collections, especially the comfy cozy capsule which is perfect for family time at home during the holidays.
5.For the Charitable
Creating high-quality garments for charitable causes is what The Branded Good is all about. This year, The Branded Good collaborated with the Alberta Cancer Foundation and designed the We Cross Cancer campaign. Proceeds from each garment purchased will be donated to the Alberta Cancer Foundation to support the goal of raising $30 million for innovation, research, and space improvements at the Cross Cancer Institute.
6.For the Coffee Lover
If you know someone who loves coffee, a monthly subscription service from The Colombian is a gift that keeps giving. All beans are roasted in-house and there are plenty of blends to try; try something new each month or keep them stocked up on their favorite.
